On The Road To Emmaus

They walked and talked together
Like wanderers without a guide
Sadness was the tone of their voices
Regrets on their faces barely hide

A known stranger slipped amid them
Without recognition, never knowing who He was
They reproved him for being a novice
Claiming all they’ve know were false

With a listening ear and tender heart
He heard and bore their entire plight
And when He was given a chance to speak
He showed them the way of light

He elucidated the truth to them
In the way He alone could
And for six hours non grew weary
Neither did any quest for food

As they drew near their abode
He walked as though leaving them behind
But their heart urged him so stay
Knowing they won’t find another of His kind

As they sup together brotherly
Breaking of bread He did as usual
Realization then dawn on them
As they saw the supernatural

They finally knew who He was
For the truth they brought to us
If you believe; then you could be one of us
On the dusty road to Emmaus

HONESTY OPENS THE DOOR TO SUCCESS

Successful people have cultivated the habit of never denying to themselves their true feelings and attitudes. They have no need for pretences. Once you accept yourself completely you don't have to maintain a phoney front, or feel insecure if people don't tune in to you and what you're doing.

Visualize what you really want, not what someone else wants for you. Someone’s view about you cannot form or be your reality. Don't forfeit three-fourth of yourself to be like other people. First say to yourself what you would be and then do what you have to do to be what you have to be. So let me ask what do you want to be? See you!
