It cost nothing but creates much
Enriching those who freely gives
With it Midas’s touch and power
It gladdens those who receives

Though it happens in a flash
Its memories always last long
Some could be done in total disguise
But its efficacies are never wrong

It creates happiness in the home
Fosters goodwill in a businesses
Forms a good banter on the phone
Frees any laden with distresses

It gives strength to the weak
Daylight to the broken hearted
Sunshine to them that are sad
And nature’s antidote for the departed

Cannot be bought or begged for
Cannot be borrowed or stolen away
For it’s of no earthly good to anyone
Until it is freely given away
